I thought this was a great course. It could be a bit more interactive and engaging - rather than just most a page turner, read or read a linked article, watch a video, then discuss (online) - repeat. However, the content and learning was very valuable. However, it is unclear how to get the certificate of completion. I never got one. No email or follow up was sent as said would be done in the course. Sorry to use this medium to reach out, but I think others would want to know that is a key reason for the loss of the star. Can you please provide a mechanism for getting that certificate and contacting/follow up after the fact. Can't go through the course now as it is read only.
