I was unaware that there was an online portion for this course because I had taken it previously in class. I didn't receive the Red Cross link to the online portion and was left unaware that I had to do anything online till I went in class and was kicked out for not having my online training done. They allowed me to reschedule to the next course but charged me again so I am paying almost $400 for course that should cost me less than $200. And when I called to explain the scenario I was basically blamed that I had given the wrong email address, though I definitely did not.
