I found this course, Best Practices for Biomedical Research Data Management, interesting and extremely informative. As someone just entering an LIS Masters Program, with a concentration in medical librarianship, I found it exciting and promising to learn all that librarians can do as an integral part of a biomedical research team.
I took this course because this is a career path that interests me immensely, and after completion of the course, I am excited to learn more. It confirms for me that I am on the right path. The format of the class worked very well for me. I appreciated the speaker transcripts and downloadable slides, as I wasn't always able to watch the videos with audio. I also found Canvas extremely user friendly.

Nursing is a profession that has a lot of potential in providing the needs of settlements with the provision of primary medical and sanitary care. Today, training of highly educated nurses is one of the urgent and important issues of health care. The labor market, in general, requires professionals in the field of nursing who have high thinking and organizational skills, are socially and professionally active, mobile and competitive. However, the planning of personnel in this field is one of the issues that have not yet been resolved. In addition, the lack of nursing managers in the current domestic education system is an important problem.

The course was very well-structured, it was important that at the beginning of every module there was information about time needed to complete it. Also very interesting articles and other reading material. After taking and teaching many online courses I learnt a lot of new from the point of methodology - especially I liked the quiz at the beginning of each module. Also presented cases were very interesting and thought provoking.

best practices in biomedical research data made me realize the mistakes l made when handling research projects. l grasped much knowledge from how to store data, analyze it and even interpretation of the results. l will not make the mistakes l made in the past when l used to do my projects. knowledge on patenting and copyrights was also gained.

The course is very comprehensive. It tackled the important aspects of data management. Even though I'm not from the USA, I was able to go along with the discussions because most of the topics discussed encompass the general public, not only research in the USA in particular.
The platform used for this MOOC is also user friendly. The arrangement of the modules, the pacing, and the activities made this course easier.

I really learned a lot. I can definitely use this for my future research studies, at first I thought I won't be able to pass this course because I didn't believe in myself. This course is being given by Harvard Medical School that I know this university have a really high standard in learning and I'm really speechless when I see my score and seeing that I completed this course with a total grade of 94.15%. I also commend you for informing us that we can only get a certificate once we finished and passed all of the concept quizzes because it really motivates me to strive more. Thank you so much and God bless us all.

This course is so perfect, I have learned a lot of things from this course. I learned how to build a good database and how to use other resources to help build a database. At the same time, I have always had some problems with the storage and retention of data, and this course helps me solve these problems well. I will apply what I have learned in the course to my future experimental research, which is progress for me. I would also recommend this class to other people I know who are in research. It's a great class.
