Very well explained, for graduates who are new to this concepts and investment strategies but have money in their pockets as they are an active employee and are interested to invest and have a side income and security this concepts and explanations helped a lot to get introduced to the financial markets few concepts were very unique like investor pitching to invest and 1/3rd retirement plan concept.
