Very informative presentation. On the other hand I think Prospective validation should be pursued in accordance with remark guidelines by integration of extra cellular RNAs and clinical prognostic factor in future of development of prognostic algorithm for late stage Prostrate cancer Patients.
Prognosis may be overestimated which could lead to delayed treatment for deserving patients.
