This course is very beneficial. It explains the e pathophysiigy of inflammatory bowel disease in a very nice, clear and simple way. Moreover it clarifies the source of nomination of biological therapy of autoimmune diseases and what it stands for.
In addition it throws the light on different leukotriens and their role in different diseases. In addition this course explains mechanism of action of vedolizumab in a fascinating manner . I liked the way he demonstrated tissue glue and the link between neutrophils and platelets.
