Grant Writing

The grant writing course was easy to follow and understand because the instructors were knowledgeable and engaging. The course was really helpful in helping me to know the key elements in winning proposals.

The course helped me a lot. It helped me to learn any new grant writing skills and helped me to improve my existing budgeting skill. I have gained a better understanding of the grant writing process. I have come to understand the importance of a good narrative and work plan in grant writing.

I learned about various types of costs in budgeting which has helped me to be able to effectively categorise my costs. It gave me more insight as to how important a budget is. It helps to be clear about your goals and objectives should be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound.

The course has helped me to be able to brainstorm how I could position the desired product within a broader project. This is critical in seeing and remembering that it's the project (not the product) that gets funded.

Overall, it was a great learning experience. The courses were well organised and structured with great flow. This is a course that every person who aspires to write winning proposals must take. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to gain a better understanding of the grant writing process.
