The Advanced VLSI Design course was highly beneficial, offering a comprehensive curriculum that covered design methodologies and industry-standard tools. The hands-on projects and simulations enhanced my practical understanding. Experienced instructors guided us throughout. However, there were some limitations, notably limited interaction with industry experts and insufficient focus on analog design. To improve, I suggest inviting industry professionals for guest lectures, incorporating analog design modules, and regularly updating course materials. Overall, I rate the course 4.5/5 and highly recommend it to students interested in VLSI design and the semiconductor industry.
