Very knowledgeable and well presented in vascular dementia and the management of the disease. Would be of interest in more research on vascular and cardiovascular; emotional stress /distress and cellular imprinting verses the hormonal decline associated with stress whereby depletion accelerates progression of the disease in the elderly.
