Overview
This course aims to explore the lessons learned from using Modern C++ (C++11/14) at scale in a large corporation over 8 years. The course will cover the most useful features of C++11/14, as well as those that were commonly misused. It will discuss the unexpected benefits, drawbacks, and teachability issues of embracing these standards. The teaching method involves a talk by an experienced Software Engineer, Vittorio Romeo, who has extensive experience in C++ development and training. This course is intended for C++ developers, especially those working in large-scale projects or interested in the evolution of the C++ language.
