    It's a beneficial course and amazing at the same time. HIV infects and affects all of us so it's best we know how to tackle it and stigma and discrimination is a deadly disease not AIDS. HIV can be manageable with treatment. The Lowe the viral load The higher the CD4 count. Undetectable viral load means Untransmittable. If one has undetectable viral load chances of transmitting the HIV virus are low.
