Wine Tasting is a course that combines theory and practice in understanding and appreciating wine. The course content includes: wine culture, grape varieties, vineyard terroir, wine technology, wine storage, food and wine pairing, wine tasting and quality identification.
"Wine Tasting" was produced by Dr. Li Ruyi, a returning doctor from the University of Adelaide, Australia, a national first-class taster/first-class winemaker, and a judge of the International Wine Competition, led the "Tasting Teaching Team" of the School of Wine and Horticulture of Ningxia University.
This course provides wine learners with a clear, easy-to-understand and comprehensive knowledge system and practical methods by teaching the history and culture of wine, wine grape varieties and vineyard terroir, combined with real-life demonstrations of wine tasting, food and wine pairing, wine etiquette and winery cellars, so that everyone can understand and fall in love with wine.
