Overview

These lectures have five special features: first is fun, as fun is the highest state we aspire to in life; second is knowledge, as without knowledge, there is no real value in life; third is extendibility, extending from the classroom to the extracurricular, extending points of knowledge out to areas of knowledge; fourth is exploratory, encouraging students to learn with questions: the trickier the question, the deeper we have to think; fifth is openness, as sports is open to everyone. These lectures also explain why “sports is so fascinating” from a multidisciplinary perspective.

The lecturers in these lectures are a group of people who love sports and reading. First of all, they are a group of people with stories and members of the “Studio of Great Teachers in Hubei” (provincial level); second, they are a group of interesting people, who mostly possess experience in journalism and are masters of storytelling. As for the “two passions”, one is the passion for sports; they are all super sports fans; the other is the passion for learning.

In a word: the three-in-one combination of “build, use, and learn” in these lectures will help listeners to love sports, understand sports, and play sports.
