Reliability and intelligent maintenance course is a core course of Mechanical Engineering Specialty in higher engineering colleges. Reliability and maintainability engineering are committed to studying, describing and analyzing the fault and maintenance process of the system. The purpose is to increase the design life, eliminate or reduce the possibility of failure and safety risk, reduce downtime, and then increase the available time.
The teaching content of this course is divided into 7 chapters. Starting with the introduction of the relationship between enterprise product design and production, reliability test and maintainability evaluation, this course expounds the definition, test conditions, reliability guarantee and calculation method of reliability in detail. Explain condition-based maintenance, prediction of remaining life and methods of predicting and diagnosing equipment faults. The application example of reliability and intelligent maintenance system in engineering practice is introduced. This course introduces the evaluation and control methods of product reliability and maintainability from different angles. Combined with the actual development of the industry, the position and role of reliability and intelligent maintenance in intelligent manufacturing are discussed, and the development of intelligent manufacturing technology is prospected.
