In the increasingly competitive environment of product diversification, the requirements of product quality, cost and delivery time are higher and higher. Production management is an important guarantee to achieve the goals of enterprises. The purpose of production planning and control is to track the changes of market demand, reasonably arrange materials, equipment, human resources and funds, so as to reduce production costs, shorten delivery time, improve product quality, improve the efficiency of enterprise operation, and make the production system achieve the optimal effect. Production planning and control course is a core course of Industrial Engineering Specialty in higher engineering colleges. It systematically teaches the related knowledge of production planning and control, so that students can master the basic principles and methods of production planning and control and advanced production mode, and have the ability to analyze and solve the production and operation system problems of modern manufacturing and service enterprises by using systematic thinking flexibly.
The teaching content of this course is divided into 9 chapters. Starting from the introduction of the relationship between the enterprise production process and production mode, production management content and production plan, the comprehensive production plan and main production plan are explained in detail. Explain the methods of inventory analysis and control, material requirement planning, capacity planning, workshop planning, project schedule and control and equipment maintenance management. This paper introduces the planning and control methods of enterprise production process from different angles. Combined with the actual industrial development, it explains the development process and key technologies of intelligent manufacturing under the background of made in China 2025 strategy, as well as the application of industrial engineering knowledge in it.
