Principle and Practice of Virtual Reality

Communication University of China via XuetangX

Overview

Chapter 1-5 explains the relevant technical principles of virtual reality. The five chapters are: overview of virtual reality, construction of virtual environment based on 3D graphics, construction of virtual environment based on images, interface equipment of VR and basic graphics technology. These five chapters focus on the conceptual architecture of virtual reality and describe the principles and technologies related to virtual reality from the macro, meso and micro levels, enabling students to build a comprehensive and three-dimensional virtual reality knowledge system from the low-level technology, to the development of application systems, to the high-level concepts. In Chapter 6, education and games are selected to discuss the ideas, cases and prospects of the combination of virtual reality technology and practical application. In this way, students can broaden their vision, inspire their thinking, and help them establish the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical application. The content is carried out by two teachers talking to each other.
