Overview

With the development of economy, the improvement of people's living standard, the change of lifestyle and dietary structure, chronic diseases such as hyperlipidemia, high blood pressure, high blood glucose (diabetes), high uric acid hematic disease (gout), obesity, cancer, coronary heart disease, stroke and others are seriously affecting people's physical and mental health. How to prevent diseases and nurse your body correctly is the most urgent issue to be solved.

"Prevention, Control and Treatment of Chronic Diseases" is an online open course for the whole society, jointly created by a number of experts of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) from many well-known universities and medical institutions in the guangdong-hong kong-macao greater bay area.


This course includes 10 units (in view of the common chronic diseases, such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, high blood glucose (diabetes), high uric acid hematic disease (gout), obesity, cancer, coronary heart disease, stroke, etc.), the content mainly consider the traditional Chinese medicine "preventive treatment of diseases" thought as the instruction. Training you to be your own body therapist through lifestyle improvement, diet adjustment and the selection of exercise prescription and medicinal food and product, etc.


In a word, this course will combine the comprehensive application of basic and clinical, diet and nutrition, sports and medicinal diet, traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine to help you solve various chronic diseases.
