The main research content of this course is the commonality and commonality in the production process and research work of the material industry. The teaching content mainly includes the properties, preparation, processing, treatment technology, dust hazards, and protection of powder particles. Through the study of this course, students will master the basic characteristics of powder accumulation, flow, mechanics, and the mechanochemical effects of powder, as well as the basic theory and knowledge of gas-solid two-phase flow. Be able to reasonably apply the basic theories and principles of this discipline to achieve the process required for powder processing, and be able to characterize the basic characteristics of powder from the perspective of powder science; From the perspective of powder process engineering, correctly grasp and reasonably apply the process to achieve processing requirements, and optimize the selection of powder unit operating processes and systems. To cultivate students' ability to analyze and solve practical problems in powder engineering, as well as their preliminary ability in research and development.
