    What will this course cover?

   China is one of the earliest countries in the world to make wine, and fine wine has followed our uninterrupted civilization from beginning to end, becoming a material culture that the entire nation is proud of. With the development of China's economy and social progress, the colorful and diverse cocktails originating from the West have not only become an important carrier for serving people's better lives, but also provide more possibilities for interpreting Chinese liquor culture.

    Meanwhile, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China announced the fourth batch of new professions including "mixologist" in March 2021. The emergence of new trends and professions in these industries has also placed new demands on the comprehensive literacy and skills of employees. In view of this, we have opened an online open course on "Liquor Preparation and Services", committed to opening up a door to liquor culture and mixed drink production, allowing more friends to perceive the charm of cocktails and mixed drinks, and better enjoy a beautiful and happy life.

    Our course content targets the professional competence requirements of bartenders and bartenders, and is divided into three modular teaching modules based on typical work tasks. The three modules are the preparation of classic cocktails, the production of mixed drinks, and the preparation of creative cocktails.

    At the same time, in the learning of each module, the whole process runs through the real work tasks, not only to complete the modulation tasks of classic cocktails such as Mojito, Dry Martini, and Sidecar, etc. But also to develop the production tasks of fruit, flowers, tea and other mixed drinks, as well as the creation and modulation tasks of Chinese style cocktails and Baijiu cocktails according to the new formats, new models and new needs of the industry development. The course learning content has strong applicability. It not only has comprehensive theoretical knowledge, but also directly addresses the skills and skills needs of bartenders and mixologists in practical work after learning.

    1.Be able to independently blend and taste famous classic cocktails such as Mojito, Martini, Sidecar, Bloody Mary, etc.

    2.Be able to independently produce popular blended drinks for milk tea shops and tea shops using materials such as fruits, flowers, and tea.

      3.Be able to independently prepare and taste several Chinese style cocktails and Baijiu cocktails.

    For professionals in the production of alcoholic beverages, this course can not only help you build a complete theoretical knowledge system for mixing and drinking, complete the Skill-Theory knowledge framework from knowing its nature to knowing its reason, but also provide corresponding information for the development of "new business formats, new models, and new needs" in the industry, thus contributing to your long-term career development.
