the course of Mine Fire Prevention and Control mainly; teaches the general rules of mine fire occurrence and development, prevention techniques of spontaneous fire and exogenous fire in mine, technical specifications and technical measures of mine fire prevention and control, as well as fire extinguishing techniques and fire extinguishing materials. The course aims to train senior students in the daily prevention and management of spontaneous fire and exogenous fire in mines, fire extinguishing and fire area management after a fire has occurred, to lay a solid foundation for future work in coal mine safety-related positions. The target students are mainly sophomore students of ventilation technology and safety management and safety technology and management. Meanwhile, the course can also be directed to front-line staff of coal mining enterprises engaged in safety technology management and related positions.
