Overview

Course Objective 1: To grasp the structural principles and working mechanisms of CNC machines and CNC systems, and to be able to identify the structure of typical CNC machines, CNC devices, servo drive systems, and parameters.

Course Objective 2: To analyze typical parts for CNC machining processes, compile CNC machining programs; to develop different CNC machining plans, and to use machining simulation software to verify these plans.

Course Objective 3: To select CNC machining software for modeling, generate machining paths, and verify and analyze the correctness and rationality of these paths; to understand the basic principles of CNC interpolation, and to implement the interpolation process using programs based on the principles of CNC interpolation.
