This course is mainly aimed at master's and doctoral students majoring in reproductive medicine and even clinical medicine. It carries out courses in medical scientific research methods. Combined with the current situation of clinical research and basic research of reproductive medicine, it gives full play to the strength of the scientific research team of the reproductive Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University, promotes the construction of peak disciplines and drives the clinical medical research of our university. The main contents of the course include the common methods, research types and scientific research thinking of basic research and clinical research related to reproductive medicine, including biological sample bank, embryo technology, egg processing technology, trophoblast technology, research progress of main diseases of reproductive medicine, introduction of main clinical research methods, scientific research thinking training, etc. Through theoretical narration and practical training, cultivate medical students' research thinking and ability.


The expected audience of the course includes master's and doctoral students majoring in reproductive medicine, obstetrics and Gynecology and even clinical medicine, because the methods are interlinked. The construction of this course strives to become an important course of medical postgraduate education in our university, and then become a national high-quality course. During the course setting, the opinions of postgraduates have been widely solicited. We strive to be comprehensive and focused in close combination with the actual needs of students, the forefront of medical research and our own research results. The teaching form of Mu class will expand the time and space of teaching methods. The use of Informatics means can not only enable students to master the theory, but also have an understanding in practice. We should not only make PPT for theoretical narration, but also record specific operation videos related to methods to promote students' comprehensive understanding.
