Career Planning

via XuetangX

Overview

Who I am? Where am I going? How do I get to? Career issues are unavoidable for everyone. When we have such a consciousness, we also begin to know how to plan ourselves and plan our future. If you can't see the future, you can't grasp the present; if you can't grasp the present, you can't see the future. "Foretelling; is standing, not forewarning is useless." Anyone who achieves great things must be a person with a goal in mind.

Career planning refers to the combination of individuals and organizations, on the basis of testing, analyzing, summarizing and researching the subjective and objective conditions of a person's career, and planning for his own interests, hobbies, abilities, specialties, experiences, and deficiencies. Comprehensive analysis and trade-offs, combined with the characteristics of the times, and according to one's own career orientation, determine the best career goal, and make effective arrangements for the realization of this goal.

Starting from the definition of career planning, this course sets up eight major contents: brief career description, basic theory, self-awareness, professional world recognition, reasonable goal setting, career decision-making, self-development management, and writing career planning. Help students continuously strengthen their understanding of the social and professional world, learn classic career theories well, and develop their own planning awareness and planning ability.
