Overview

       Ansai Waist Drum is a sports course with Northern Shaanxi characteristics for all students at Yan'an University. Since 2000, the school of physical education of Yan'an University has started Ansai Waist Drum as an elective course for students majoring in physical education.

      After 19 years of practice and exploration, a set of rational and scientific teaching system has been summed up.

This course is divided into the following four chapters.

     Chapter I: Introduction to the Basic Knowledge of Ansai Waist Drum

     Chapter II: Basic Steps and Motions of Ansai Waist Drum

     Chapter III: Combined Motions of Ansai Waist Drum

     Chapter IV: Choreography of Ansai Waist Drum
