We’re going to start with the definition of business analysis & the key information about the business analysis to create a strong foundation. Then we are going to see the whole business analysis work, step by step, from idea of a project to the end of the project.
We’re going to include some of the most used and most beneficial techniques like use cases, process analysis and practical templates to easily understand the work needs to be done. (And of course you can use these templates in your works.)
So in this training, you can easily understand what a business analyst needs to do in any stage of a project. You will also get the key information and learn when you should use them so you can understand and learn them easily and quickly.
Another important point for this training is it has an IT perspective. Most of the business analysts work in IT organizations and you are going to learn key points of being an IT business analyst in this training. This approach again helps us to convert the theory to practice for learning as well.
