Data Privacy, the protection of personal information, is a world-wide requirement for any organization that may collect, store, transmit or otherwise use sensitive information about people. With the rise of the data economy, companies find enormous value in collecting, sharing and using personal data, but are they doing it safely and within required guidelines? This class provides learners with an understanding of core data privacy fundamentals so that they can appropriately manage sensitive, private data and risks associated with it.
