ABOUT THE COURSE:Muslim law is one of the most important subjects for budding law students in India. The course aims to provide in depth knowledge about the Islamic System and covers areas like- Sources, Marriage, Dower, Divorce, Will, Waqf, Gift, Inheritance etc., and at the same time the activist role played by the Indian judiciary in the field of Muslim law will also be discussed. At the end of the course the students would be familiar with the overall development of Muslim law. This course will also give a broad and practical understanding of various Acts related to Muslim law.
