Have you ever wanted to know and understand the UX or user experience process?
In this first class in a two-part series we will talk about UX Design basics. We will walk through a sample project that includes the main UX deliverables including a user persona profile, customer journey map and finally a user flow diagram.
The second part of the series will dive into wireframes as we develop a low fidelity wireframe and transform it to a high fidelity polished working prototype to test with users.
