I sell a lot of my work through Print on Demand stores such as Society6 and Redbubble.
This class is a practical step by step walk through my entire workflow for POD. It's packed full of information, and will cover:
. research and designing the original painting with POD in mind
. scanning large artwork on a regular scanner in parts and piecing it back together in Photoshop
. removing the background
. adjustments and variations
. putting the pattern into technical repeat
. formatting for POD.
. uploading to Redbubble and Society6
Phew! All that in under an hour!
Nothing is left out, and I'll throw in my tips and tricks throughout the class. This class is suitable for anyone wanting to learn how to prepare and sell their paintings on POD stores, and for more experienced artists wanting to streamline their process.
This is a stand alone class, but you might find it helpful to take in conjunction with my course "POD for Artists: Earn While You Sleep', which gives an overview of what is involved in selling your art through POD stores, and how to get the best results.
Requirements for this course: paints of your choice (suggested: watercolour, gouache or acrylic), paper (smooth or textured) A4 scanner, Photoshop.
