This class will teach you how to learn:
Handstand, backflip, aerial flip, gainer and 540 kick ( the last exercise is not recognised as gymnastics, but it still has the same benefits ).Â
The exercises can be physically demanding, but good technique and coordination will allow you to execute them. The interesting part is that you need to be both fit and coordinated to perfect the skills.Â
By practising gymnastics you will improve your coordination, rythm, flexibility, strenght and speed. This sport will constantly help you evolve in the most efficient way.Â
