This class is a comprehensive guide on how to change your habits. Throughout this class, you'll be choosing one habit and creating a step by step habit plan that sets you up for success. At the centre of your plan will be self-compassion, flexibility and experimentation, the three essential ingredients to habit-building that we often put to the side.

Learn how to:

  • Find the habit that will have the biggest impact on your life.
  • Create a version of your habit that works best for you and how your mind works.
  • Create a why that energises, sustains and motivates you to sustain your habit. 
  • Build a habit that's flexible and easy to maintain.
  • Design your habit so that it feels rewarding and easy.
  • Create a bounce-back plan to get you back on your feet with ease if you stumble.

This is the class for you if you:

  • Have read the classic habit building books but haven't actually implemented them
  • Have struggled with sticking to healthy habits
  • Are struggling to keep up with a habit that you've recently started
  • Don't even know where to start when it comes to habit building

By the end of this class, you'll be filled with motivation to take action, have a deep dive plan for your habit and have total clarity around your next steps.

In this class, we're going to be going through a series of exercises to embed your habit using the downloadable workbook. Every video in this class will guide you through one of the activities in the workbook, so you'll be filling in your workbook as you go along.

You'll be provided with a ton of examples, ideas and inspiration so that you're following the whole way.

The workbook can be completed every time you go to start a new habit - and is designed to be a go-to resource as you move forward on your habit-building journey.
