Understanding how to build your portfolio and present your work as a creative freelancer or designer is important in gaining those larger clients and obtaining work that YOU want to do. I have had the opportunity to hire graphic designers, copywriters, web designers, and social media mangers for my clients.  Â
In this short class, we will go over the basics of portfolio building, things to consider when presenting your work. When I sort through hundreds of amazing portfolios, many way better than my own, I have learned what works and what does not. We will then put one together using Canva, a simple portfolio that includes a cover page and three projects. We will then explore an online option that will help you get in front of potential clients.
