The course emphasizes the development, analysis, organization, and composition of various types of professionally written messages, analytical reports, and business presentations using word processing and presentation-graphics software. Other topics include interpersonal communication, electronic media, and international/cross-cultural communication. This course is intended for students majoring in business and for others working in a business environment.
