Limitation on Enrollment: Admission to the ADN Program.This course provides an introduction to the principles of pharmacology, including: pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, medication interactions and potential adverse medication reactions. Content includes general principles of pharmacology, legal, ethical, and safety aspects of medication administration as well as nursing care related to the safe administration of medication to patients across the life span.
