While some of this information will take the form of data sources and documents, in most cases, input elicited from stakeholders is the most important and valuable information source of all. In this course, Business Analysis: Working with Stakeholders Using Elicitation and Collaboration, you will learn how to obtain information to define needs and solutions as a business analyst while coordinating with a variety of stakeholders. First, you will go over the techniques at your disposal that will empower you to work effectively with stakeholders. Next, you will discover how to capture relevant information. Finally, you will explore how to analyze information. When you’re finished with this course, you will have the skills to collect and analyze information elicited from stakeholders to form consensus for organizational growth and development.
