These online recordings will provide pediatricians and family physicians with up-to-date clinical information on a wide range of clinical issues encountered in daily pediatric practice. In this session, we explore how well-child care can be designed to meet the needs of these families. We review various well-child care interventions and their evidence, and focus in on the importance of team-based care and how to integrate clinicians, such as Community Health Workers, into the primary care team to help provide equitable preventive care to families.
