Your knowledge will be complemented by content and activities to support the development of an innovative business idea involving the use of drones. Activities will include stakeholder mapping, analysis of the regulatory environment, design of a value proposition and of a business model appropriate for your idea, as well as consideration of sustainability aspects and of the industry ecosystem’s dynamics.
