How will the Internet of Things for Sustainability microcredential help to develop my career?
With sustainability being a top priority for policymakers, businesses, and communities, sustainable solutions and strategies are vital for the future. Technology is increasingly becoming a critical part of these solutions and strategies.
This microcredential will develop your understanding of IoT and sustainability, and help you to apply this knowledge to key sustainability issues within your business and industry. How will I be assessed?
You will complete two summative assessments in this microcredential. The first is a group assessment around identifying an IoT opportunity, allowing you to address the context using IoT and justify the opportunity. The second assessment will see you develop a proposal for an IoT system to solve a sustainability challenge in your practice.
Both assessments will be marked and you receive feedback on them from the educators.
What will I receive once I’ve completed this microcredential?
After you have submitted your assessments and they have been marked (at the end of weeks five and ten), you will receive a competent grade for each assessment.
Once you have successfully completed this microcredential, you will receive 15 postgraduate credits along with a digital badge from The Mind Lab.
