This course provides an introduction to the services, functions, and benefits of the AWS End User Computing (EUC) portfolio. It includes an overview of the common service use cases which can equip IT Admins with the agility to respond to the rapidly changing needs of their workforce. Services included in the AWS EUC portfolio include Amazon WorkSpaces, Amazon AppStream 2.0, and Amazon WorkDocs. After successfully completing this course, participants should be able to identify the features and benefits of each EUC solution and select the appropriate EUC solution for their use case.

• Desktop/VDI managers and administrators responsible for developing and maintaining remote desktop services.

• Technical professionals who work with, or would like to work with, cloud-based virtualization.

 

Prerequisites

We recommend that attendees of this course have:

• Familiarity with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) or Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS)
