Failing to warm up increases the risk of sports injuries. Bruises, strains, sprains, tears, and broken bones can result from sports injuries.
Types of sports injuries: Sprains, Strains, Knee injuries, Swollen muscles, Achilles tendon rupture, Fractures, Dislocations, Rotator cuff injury. -
