    For a beginner, this is a very good course as python is a very easy to understand language for programming and this course is exactly designed with that in mind.

    I would recommend this course to the absolute beginners. The exercises and tests are designed in the right way and at the end of it you'll be able to perform not just simple coding tasks but also be ready to take on complex problems since you would have had done enough practice from the assignments of this course.
