Through her sculptures, photography and designs, artist Nicole Vindel aims to raise awareness to shift narratives about how we eat and our relationship with the environment. She is the founder of Food Design Nation and Random Happiness Art Collective, and has collaborated with institutions like El Celler de Can Roca, Foodcultura, and Tercer Paraíso.

In this course, she guides you through the critical thinking and creative process of reshaping our relationship with food and building a better, more sustainable tomorrow.
