By the end of the project, you will learn how to create a precedence diagram using Lucidchart and will be able to perform critical path calculations to analyze your project schedule.

    • This guided project is for project coordinators and anyone who wants to learn the Critical Path Method for project schedule planning. This project will also benefit learners currently seeking to obtain project management certifications. By the end of this project, you will understand the critical path project schedule modeling technique and learn the basic scheduling terminology. You will also learn how to create a precedence diagram using Lucidchart and will be able to perform critical path calculations to analyze your project schedule.
