Description
Join Emily Harding for a blissful exploration of yin yoga and experience its incredible benefits in this welcoming and inclusive class for yogis of all levels.
As you hold poses on the floor for 3–10 minutes each, propping with blankets, cushions and blocks as needed, you’ll work into the fascia (connective tissues) and the joints. Practicing yin yoga helps promote supple, healthy joints and replenishes the frazzled nervous system.
In this class, the third in Emily’s Blissful Yin Yoga series, you’ll explore the energetic line (meridian) of the spleen and stomach.
