Description
Whether you’re starting your yoga journey or have been practicing a while, this joy-filled vinyasa class will help bring some sunshine into your day, as you take the time exploring your alignment in asana, as well as understanding yogic philosophy and theory. Using props, you’ll befriend and celebrate the body for all it does, building a little heat and strength, before winding down with some yin-style poses for deep relaxation at the end of a practice. Occasionally, classes will feature introductions to different pranayama and meditation techniques. Expect to leave smiling.
In this class, practice arm balancing with the aid of yoga blocks, boxes or a sofa with the guidance of instructor Emily Harding. While Crow pose might look complex and difficult, this class is suitable for beginners and long-term practitioners. Learn to focus on clean and mindful movement to achieve a positive result.
