This course is for beginners, but you should have a basic familiarity with using and navigating a Windows or macOS environment and a fundamental understanding of computer software applications.

- In this module, you'll explore the primary components and services of Microsoft 365, a cloud-based suite offering a vast array of tools and capabilities for collaboration, productivity, and security. You'll learn the functionalities of Microsoft 365 apps and services, including Office 365 applications, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint. The focus will be on utilizing these applications and services for creating, communicating, collaborating, and managing tasks efficiently. By the conclusion of this module, you'll be equipped to identify and articulate the core components and services of Microsoft 365 and their role in enhancing work efficiency.
- Integration and business productivity
