  • Gender and Leadership & Team Leadership
    • This module explores communal and agentic behaviors in leadership and how these traits impact team dynamics. It also examines how understanding team strengths and weaknesses can influence interpretations of various leadership styles.
  • Leadership Profile: Developing Your Leadership Potential
    • This module focuses on developing a comprehensive leadership profile and evaluating the roles and practices of senior technical leaders. Participants will gain insights into effective leadership strategies and the key responsibilities of senior positions in technical environments.
  • Strategic Thinking, Mission, Values, & Vision
