You will also review a recent case of a cybersecurity attack.
  • Module 2: Networking Basics: Architecture, Protocols, and Devices
    • This module is designed to provide you with a background in computer networks and different network architectures such as Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN). You will learn how networks communicate and be able to identify network topologies. You will be able to recognize the role of routers, switches, and firewalls as well as how servers, hubs, and modems work in a network.
  • Module 3: Diving into Cisco: An Overview of Security Solutions
    • This module is designed to provide you with the knowledge to identify different products and compare functionalities among various Cisco security solutions. Through hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios, you will gain a deep understanding of Cisco's role in enhancing IT security and develop essential skills to formulate a basic security strategy using Cisco products for specific organizational requirements.
