    • This module covers the basics of government procurement, its significance and key principles, along with an overview of the international landscape governing procurement practices. It also explores principles like equal treatment, non-discrimination, transparency and proportionality in government procurement processes.
  • Strategic Procurement: Planning, Risk Assessment and Contract Lifecycle Management
    • This module focuses on competition planning, stakeholder engagement, and procurement methods to ensure effective planning and risk assessment.
  • Fraud, Bribery and Corruption
    • This module discusses common definitions, major legislation and mitigation strategies for fraud, bribery and corruption in government procurement.
  • Ethical and Sustainable Procurement Practices
    • This module covers definitions of environmental, social and economic sustainability, benefits of ethical procurement and the role of human rights in procurement.
