- This module covers PMI® certifications, PMBOK® (Sixth and Seventh editions), project lifecycle, process groups, and the project manager's role. By the end of this module, the learner will understand project management principles, tools, and processes, preparing learners for effective project management roles and potential PMP® certification.
- Fundamentals of Project Management and Governance
- This module covers the necessary skills to manage projects effectively and explains the intricacies of project governance, key concepts such as project management frameworks, process groups, lifecycle stages, and the roles and responsibilities of project managers explains the differences between projects, programs, and portfolios, the module addresses the impact of the PMBOK® Seventh Edition on contemporary project management practices.
